Court Access Card

Purchase a Court Access Card for quick access to the Orange County Courthouse.


Cards valid from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013

Attorneys

  • By mail: Complete the Attorney application and mail with a copy of your valid driver's license and a check in the amount of $75 made payable to the OCBA. Please email a digital photo* in .jpg format to karenf@ocbanet.org. The card will be mailed to you within seven business days.
  • In person: Complete the attorney application and bring with your valid driver's license and a check in the amount of $75 made payable to the OCBA. Your photo will be taken, and the card will be prepared and may be given to you the same day depending on volume of walk-in applicants. Otherwise, the card will be mailed to you within seven business days.

Legal Support Staff

  • By mail: Complete the Legal Support Staff application and have it signed by an attorney as well as notarized. Bring notarized application, a copy of your driver's license and a check in the amount of $75 made payable to the OCBA. Please email a digital photo* in .jpg format to karenf@ocbanet.org. The card will be mailed to you within seven business days.
  • In person: Complete the Legal Support Staff application and have it signed by an attorney as well as notarized. (We can notarize at the OCBA for a fee of $10) Bring notarized application, your driver's license and a check in the amount of $75 made payable to the OCBA. Your photo will be taken, and the card will be prepared and may be given to you the same day depending on volume of walk-in applicants. Otherwise, the card will be mailed to you within seven business days.

The OCBA is required to conduct a Florida Department of Law Enforcement background check for investigators, couriers, court reporters, legal assistants, secretaries and consultants.

No appointment necessary. Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 880 N. Orange Ave., Orlando, FL 32801.

* If we have a .jpg photo of you on file, we will use it unless otherwise notified.

Notice: Weapons are not permitted in the courthouse.
