Foreclosure Mediation

Are you facing foreclosure on your home?

The Ninth Judicial Circuit Court has created a mediation program designed to help homeowners facing a foreclosure action. The program brings homeowners and lenders together to discuss the problem and try to resolve it without having to go to court.

Mediations are informal, confidential meetings conducted by a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator. The mediator remains neutral and cannot provide legal advice to either party. No judge or jury is present.

Homeowners and lenders who would like to try to resolve a foreclosure action out of court may select their own mediator or choose from the list of certified mediators below. Additional information about foreclosure mediation is available on the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court website and the Orange/Osceola Clerk of Court website.
