Beginning March 1, 2016, the Orange County Clerk of Courts will begin defaulting all foreclosure sales that are not paid in full by noon (12:00 p.m.) the next business day following the sale.

If you do not cancel, we will follow this policy: • First no-show: We will record your reservation as a no-show; • Subsequent no-shows: You will be invoiced $35 per missed luncheon. Please feel free to follow the court’s Twitter for news about cases of interest to you and the public. Not all public-interest rulings will be disseminated as in the past.
Constitution Revision Commission Appointments

Dec. 31 – Application Deadline. Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice Jorge Labarga will accept resumes for three appointments to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission (CRC). The 37-member CRC is created every 20 years to consider revising the state's constitutional charter or any part of it. Members are appointed by the governor, the president of the Senate, the speaker of the House, and the chief justice. For details, please see the Florida Supreme Court website.
