For two decades the OCBA's Legal Placement Service has worked to pair area attorneys in need of legal support staff with highly qualified individuals seeking staff employment.

If you are a qualified receptionist, legal secretary, legal assistant, or paralegal seeking employment in Central Florida, the OCBA can offer you an opportunity to be interviewed by leading law firms whose attorneys belong to the Orange County Bar Association.

The OCBA's free and confidential Legal Placement Service places candidates for permanent and temporary, full and part-time employment. Our Legal Placement Service Manager will interview you, review your resume, assess your skills, match your abilities and work environment preferences with firms that are hiring qualified support staff, and schedule your employment interviews.
