The OCBA membership year runs from June 1 through May 31 of the following year.

How Much are Dues?
Dues for membership vary based on membership type and other factors. For more information, please visit our Membership Levels page.
New Member Discount! We offer a special discounted rate of $125 for regular members who are in their first year of OCBA membership, as well as our ongoing offer to provide government attorneys with the same special discounted rate.

What is the Pro Bono Service Requirement?
The OCBA is proud that our members are dedicated to provide access to justice for those who are less fortunate through our partnership with the Legal Aid Society of the OCBA. As a condition of membership, attorney members are required to complete one of the following each year:
1) Sign up to receive up to two (2) pro bono cases per year if needed/assigned by the Legal Aid Society.
2) Make a donation of $350 to the Legal Aid Society.
3) Volunteer for an approved Legal Aid Society project.
