- Private Practice (Regular): $125 for first membership year, $160 to renew
Attorney in good standing with The Florida Bar who resides in or practices at least part time in Orange County. Luncheons are included. Installment payment options available for attorneys in 1st year of practice. - Government Attorney: $120 to join; $120 to renew; $0 for 1st year of practice
Attorney admitted in good standing to The Florida Bar who resides in or practices at least part time in Orange County and is employed by a Government Agency. Luncheons are included. Installment payment options available. - Member of the Judiciary: No fee for Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida
Luncheons are included. - Honorary: No fee
By invitation. Luncheons are included. - Emeritus (formerly known as Associate): $65 to join; $65 to renew
Retired jurist or attorney who is designated as retired by The Florida Bar; or a member of The Florida Bar not actively practicing in Orange, Seminole, or Osceola counties; or an attorney not admitted to The Florida Bar but admitted in good standing to a practice in another state. (Luncheons are not included. Not eligible to vote in OCBA elections.) - Affiliate: $120 to join; $120 to renew
Paralegal; legal assistant; law office administrator; non attorney mediator . Luncheons are included. (Not eligible to vote in OCBA elections.) - Law Student: $33 to join; $33 to renew
Enrolled in law school. (Luncheons are not included. Not eligible to vote in OCBA elections.) - Paralegal Student: $33 to join; $33 to renew
Enrolled in paralegal courses. (Luncheons are not included. Not eligible to vote in OCBA elections.) - Patron: $435 to join; $435 to renew
Court Reporter, Expert consultant/witness, Legal Accountant, other business leaders. All applications will be reviewed by the OCBA Executive Council. To join the OCBA in this membership category, please contact 407-422-4551, ext. 225. Four luncheons are included. (Not eligible to vote in OCBA elections.)
