The OCBA is the perfect choice for your downtown meeting, with first-class meeting facilities, the latest in high-tech offerings, and your own included-in-the-price concierge, ready to make your meetings effortless.

Unlike any other meeting venue, our on-site professional meeting coordinator is at your service, ready to assist with everything from room set-up and technology support, to placing food and beverage orders, arranging hotel accommodations, and making dinner reservations. We even provide light refreshments at no extra cost!

In response to current circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we have applied a variety of safety precautions to our meeting and event operations, including

  • Seats in meeting rooms are spaced apart in accordance with CDC guidelines.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are available throughout the building.
  • All building occupants must undergo a temperature screening upon entrance. Any individual with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be granted access to the building.
  • All building occupants must wear a cloth face mask throughout all common areas of the building. A mask will be provided to those who do not bring one.
  • All building occupants must adhere to strict social distancing requirements of maintaining at least 6 feet of separation from other individuals.
  • Front desk and all meeting room spaces have been equipped with plexiglass panels.
  • Signage posted throughout the building to remind guests of social distancing guidelines and hygiene practices.
  • All food served will be individually packaged and disposable utensils will be made available.
