OCBA President Richard Dellinger was interviewed at the April Bar Luncheon by Fox 35 in a piece that aired later that evening. He spoke about Officer Kevin Valencia being selected to receive the Liberty Shield award for his many acts of heroism. Officer Valencia’s wife, Meghan, accepted the award on his behalf.
