The OCBA Executive Council is Accepting Nominations for One (1) One-Year Vacancy for a Seat on the Executive Council

A vacancy on the OCBA Executive Council has been created due to the uncontested election of Executive Council Member Karen Persis to a one-year term as Secretary of the Orange County Bar Association for the 2019 to 2020 year.
The remaining term on Ms. Persis’s seat on the Executive Council is one (1) year.
“Regular” OCBA members (attorneys) who would like to be considered for the open seat shall submit a nominating petition no later than midnight, Monday, April 8, 2019, by email to Kim Homer, Executive Director, at khomer@ocbanet.org.
The vacancy will be filled at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Orange County Bar Association Executive Council to be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at 4:30 p.m.
The Executive Council requests that nominees submit a statement of interest with the nomination petition. If nominees would like to submit a CV, they are welcome to do so, however, a CV is not required. Please do not submit more than three (3) pages of supplemental documentation with the nomination petition.
