Description: This 1.5-hour CLE will compare traditional litigation with Collaborative Process for family law cases. Family law litigators meet with Collaborative attorneys and a Judge to discuss which path best fits which families and
professionals. Don’t miss out as respected litigators, Collaborative practitioners and a Judge meet to discuss the benefits and shortcomings of both paths, with an emphasis on innovative and creative approaches that serve families.
