The Estate, Guardianship & Trust Committee presents:
Case Law Update

Description: The Steering Committee members of the EGT committee will present to the attendees an update on all the recent case law in relation to Estates, Guardianships, and Trusts. Each steering committee member will present 2-3 cases and review the question and the legal analysis. Steering Committee members will take questions from the attendees. 

Location: Note – This will be a live webinar.  Zoom login instructions will be sent the morning of the event.

Program: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

CLE: 1.0 General Credit
