Florida Uniform Directed Trust Act
Description: In modifying and adopting the Uniform Direct Trust Act, the Florida Trust Code now has expanded provisions regarding trust protectors, advisors, and directors, including fiduciary duties, definitions, sharing of information, and the applicability of Trust Code provisions to these actors. This presentation will take a detailed look at the new provisions both as written and their practical impacts.
