Description: Marsy’s Law is still relatively new to the law. Parties are navigating their way with this law as best they can as there are not many rulings made on the subject. The speakers will cover the basics of Marsy’s Law, and each will give their perspective (defense and prosecution) as to the issues that effect each side. There will be time for questions and discussion. Speakers are Lisabeth Fryer and Kamilah Perry
