Description: Tips from two seasoned veterans of Social Security Disability hearing practice. This two-hour seminar will give you the opportunity to hear from respected Judge Barry LaBoda, retired, on how to properly prepare and present your case in front of an ALJ, with emphasis on the best practices he has witnessed first-hand as a trial Judge. Mr. Auffant will discuss his aggressive strategies employed at the hearing level designed to win at trial or at the next level. Objections, Requests for Subpoenas and other ethical approaches to counter negative vocational and medical evidence on the agenda.

Location: This will be a Zoom meeting and instructions will be emailed 24 hours prior to event.
