We will review how the CARES-ACT has impacted bankruptcy including the extension of Chapter 13 plans to 84 months and local changes to Chapter 13; mortgage forbearance rules and requirements for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and USDA and how it affects consumers both in and out of bankruptcy and how Small Business
SubChapter V’s are making a positive impact in Central Florida.
