Common landlord-tenant issues posed by COVID-19. The presenters will speak on four primary areas: the current status of Florida courts concerning landlord/tenant disputes; considerations when preparing lease workouts; issues presented by lease avoidance; and creditor/lender concerns. The presenters will answer questions from participants at the end of the session.
