Description: This one and ½ hour CLE will focus on the comparisons of traditional litigation or Collaborative Process for family law cases. Family law litigators meet with collaborative attorneys and a Judge for a discussion about which path fits which families and practitioners. Don’t miss out as some of our community’s well-respected litigators, collaborative practitioners and a Judge meet to discuss the benefits and shortcomings of both paths.
Program: 12:00pm – 1:30pm
