A one-day bootcamp training program for young lawyers featuring trial lawyers from Florida and across the U.S.
Based on the real trial of Ethel and Julius Rosenberg, this training will cover topics including opening statements, direct examination, cross-examination, closing arguments, and a discussion with federal judges on what they want from a trial lawyer.
All materials and lunch included. 10.5 General Credits.

Basics of the Title Insurance Commitment
Description: “Champions are brilliant at the basics,” at least according to John Wooden, one of the most revered coaches in the history of sports. In this basics course, we’ll review the commitment jacket and the schedules, using a mock commitment as an example. And we’ll also consider concepts relating to the value of title insurance, why your customers should purchase a title commitment and how the title agent uses the commitment to create and deliver a final title policy.
