From Business Litigator to Problem Solver: The Habits of Highly Successful Mediation Advocates – June 1 2022 – Sponsored by RASi

$20.00

The Business Law Committee presents: From Business Litigator to Problem Solver: The Habits of Highly Successful Mediation Advocates

Sponsored by RASi

Description: Being a good “trial” lawyer is no longer good enough. Only one percent of filed cases reach trial. Business clients are seeking problem solvers and have little appetite for a trial date months and years down the road. It is essential that lawyers make mediation advocacy part of their essential skill set. Mediation is a mandatory fixture, and clients rightfully expect their attorneys to be adept at working with others to resolve cases. Clients are not interested in pretrial activity leading to an event that is never likely to occur. Mediation advocacy is a learned art. Learn how to transition from litigator to a respect facilitator of solutions. Discovery how better mediation advocacy will engender client respect, strengthen client relationships and lead to more business.
