“Zoom” technology will be a permanent fixture of litigation for the foreseeable future.   This presentation will examine the most effective strategies utilizing zoom in litigation.   These strategies will include:

  • Improving your appearance (and your client’s appearance) on zoom;
  • Conducting an effective virtual deposition;
  • Engaging in a productive virtual mediation; and
  • Conducting a virtual trial and/or evidentiary hearing.

The presentation will also examine business and health considerations arising from a virtual litigation practice.

Location: Zoom:  The zoom link will be provided the morning of the presentation.
