Vincent Falcone IIIDescription: The purpose of this one-hour panel is getting to know the preferences, pet peeves, and procedures of Judge Jordan, who serves as Circuit Judge of the Orange County Business Court and as the Administrative Judge, and Judge Falcone III, who serves as a Circuit Civil Judge. The panelists will discuss their positions on what makes for a winning motion and their tips on what attorneys can do to make a judge’s job easier as they prepare for hearings, review motions, and decide important issues. The panelists will also address presentation pet peeves during video hearings, proper communication with chambers and avoiding ex parte communications, discovery disputes, oral argument from the bench’s viewpoint, and how attorneys need to act and cooperate during case management.
