Description: This CLE course is designed to educate on what an early case assessment (ECA) is from an electronic discovery point. In addition, it will also elaborate on how this process can be utilized to your advantage with the objective of improving a law firm’s eDiscovery process with greater efficiency and cost reduction. In essence, (ECA) refers to a process of quickly discovering and investigating clients’ data as it is related to eDiscovery and potential litigation.

These aspects and more will be covered during this insightful CLE presentation. The course is for attorneys that have an intermediate to advanced knowledge on the subject of electronic discovery and have had some experience dealing with ESI in legal matters.
