Stucco Failure: Factors That Cause Damage

Description: Does Your Client Have a Stucco Problem? During this class, Tom Miller, PE of Structural Engineering & Inspections, Inc. will discuss what to look for, what building codes and standards apply, and what the manufacturer’s specifications require. Mr. Miller will also review the integration of the stucco with the house wrap, lathe, windows, doors, flashing, and other portions of the building. You’ll see photos of stucco failures and the damage such a failure can cause.
