Description: Most attorneys don’t want to touch tax with a 40-foot pole. What do you, as a solo or small firm owner, need to know about tax law for your practice? This presentation will provide an overview of tax structures of different types of entities, look at related non law services and the new 199A deduction, employee classifications, the new partnership audit rules, and recent disciplinary actions involving Florida attorneys who had tax compliance issues.
