Description: This CLE course presents the many real-world eDiscovery pitfalls that practitioners should be aware of, and the best practices to avoid them. Based on countless experiences during the discovery phase of litigation, we would like to share some common discovery traps that can adversely affect the discovery process.

Some of the frequent traps includes pitfalls during: meet and confer, in-cohesive collections, redactions, loading files, time allocation, and production concerns. These aspects and more, will be covered during this insightful presentation.
