The Unique Ethical Pitfalls and Challenges of In-house Counsel
Description: This will be a panel discussion of various topics including ethical considerations such as “who is my client as in-house counsel? and ” How do you handle an issue when your boss asks you to do something that may not be best for the organization?” among others.
We will discuss the unique challenges that face attorneys who work as in-house counsel instead of for a law firm or themselves, including the ethical considerations that an attorney must consider when working in-house. This will be a panel discussion with some very knowledgeable, experienced attorneys. Audience participation is welcomed.
