OCBA Mentoring Program

Whether you're seeking practical guidance, career insight, or an impactful way to give back, the OCBA Mentoring Program connects experienced attorneys with fellow OCBA members to foster professional growth, meaningful relationships, and a stronger Orange County legal community. The program offers mentors and mentees the flexibility to set their own meeting schedules based on their goals and availability, ensuring that this transformative experience fits seamlessly into your busy life.

Participation is open exclusively to OCBA members, and mentees pay a $20 registration fee which is waived for New Lawyer Training Program participants. While we strive to match every qualified mentee with a mentor, matches are based on mentor availability.

Current OCBA member
Minimum of 10 years of legal practice experience or Board Certification
